Fairytale Eggplant Mini Painting

The sweetest little eggplant babies

Hello dear subscribers! This week I am sharing this original mini painting of some very fittingly mini eggplant. This variety is called fairytale eggplant, and they are not only beautiful and sweet but also so delicious! None of that bitterness that eggplant can sometimes take on. These particular eggplant were grown by my favorite Shine Farms here in Richmond, VA. They do THE BEST CSA and grow delicious produce for the majority of the year.
