You’re so lucky to be in such close proximity to Sub Rosa...it’s a necessary stop for me whenever I’ve driving south (which isn’t too often lately)! I learned how to make laminated dough in 2005 during a baking workshop, but I never gave it a try in my own kitchen. Although I bake nearly every day, I’ve resisted baking the complicated croissant...you’ve inspired me to dust-off some “fancy” baking books and get my hands buttery.
That croissant painting makes me want to give up being gluten free!! Looks so good!
